Steven G. Padgett
CPA
Steve Padgett has a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Washington. Steve has over 15 years of experience working with small and medium-size businesses. He specializes in a variety of industries including Construction, Insurance, Medical, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, and Food Services.
He is also the manager of our computer technology services and the Chief Representative of our Shanghai Representative Office. Steve is an active supporter of the community and is the Treasurer at Summersun Montessori School and serves on the board of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants Northwest Chapter. Steve also teaches a workshop on understanding financial statements at the Skagit Valley College Business Resource Center.
Ray Padgett
CPA
Ray Padgett has over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management. His academic education includes a BA in Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting (5th Year Degree) from Washington State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery. He holds CPA licenses in Washington and Alaska. In addition to providing public accounting services, he has also served as a college instructor in accounting and has held a variety of positions in financial management including accounting, budget, cost and management analysis and controller.
The combination of Ray’s practical experience in management and his skills as a certified public accountant make him uniquely qualified to assist his clients with the full scope of accounting, tax and financial consulting. He is an active supporter of the community as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Mount Vernon and has served as treasurer of the American Red Cross Skagit Valley Chapter, president of the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce, vice-president of the Stanwood Chamber of Commerce, and president of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants Northwest Chapter.
